Collin Owensby Tattooist

Seattle-based tattooist Collin Ownesby was looking to set himself apart from the large swaths of competing tattoo artists in his market. Since his skills were unassailable, he chose to set himself apart with something many of his peers shied away from—humor.

We chose to take conventional wisdoms about tattoo art and flip them around in ways that tickle the funny bones of the thicker-skinned.
